5. Get Adventurous at Oak Mountain State Park: If your family is looking for a true outdoor experience, then Oak Mountain State Park is the place to go, and being in Pelham, it’s close to Tuscaloosa. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to get up close and personal with nature while teaching your kids about the environment and its importance.
